Class Experience

Dance Time! In this one-time class we will be learning a dance to the song ‘Into the Unknown’ from the fan-favourite movie, Frozen 2. We will start with introductions, then interactive Frozen themed exercises for warm-up and stretches, and end with learning the routine. If there is time left over, participants will engage in more Frozen-inspired creative-movement activities. Participants will be encouraged to follow the exercises and dance at their own pace. 30 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.

I recommend parents be present or remove safety hazards during class as we will be moving around quite a bit during the class!
