Description
Class Experience
Students will work towards tying their shoes independently. It is very helpful to have a parent or adult near by to help out as needed throughout class.
I will send home a video after class of the steps and tools learned for students to review for practice.
Please bring a shoe! Any shoe is fine, but the best shoe to begin with is one with long laces (i.e. adult shoe) and most preferably the thicker/more sturdy laces versus your thin and floppy ones (this will help students gain confidence before advancing to more difficult laces). It is also helpful to have a helping hand nearby during class to offer any hands on support as needed.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
45 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
