Scattergories: A Creative Thinking Game

We will start our 45 minute class with introductions and understanding the rules of the Scattergories. We will play Scattergories for the entire class. The goal of this learning activity is to engage students into critical thinking and allow them to have some fun with their creativity. We will be interacting as a class and will go over all answers after each round.  The rules for Scattergories are listed below: 

-As a class, we pick a letter from the alphabet. 
-We will have two minutes to write down a name or item that begins with the chosen letter for each category that is on the list. 
-Each answer you write down is worth one point. If you have a different answer from someone else, you get double points. 
-We will go around and students can share their answers for each category. 
-Be creative and have fun!
