Beginner - Intermediate Level
This course will instruct students in the basics of playing the saxophone, including posture, embouchure, breath control, finger placement, and tone production. Students will learn how to put their instrument together and care for it, produce their initial sounds, and play simple melodies. Simple music reading and rhythm exercises will be instructed. By the end of the course, students will have a solid foundation to continue practicing and playing with confidence. No prior experience is required!

Pre-Requisites
There are no prerequisites required other than having a saxophone. Other than that, all i require is the student to learn and have fun.

A Saxophone. Books will be discussed at the time of the class. Books cost usually $10-$15

Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
