Having discussions, reading, seeing things in action, and creating, are great ways to learn! Your child will have the opportunity to engage activities related to a different science theme each week as we explore and create together.
US Grade 2 - 4
Each class, we will start by reading a book together. I will do most of the reading but students will be invited to join in some if they would like. Students do not need to have a copy of the book for class. Most weeks the books will be nonfiction but some weeks it may be a fiction book related to the topic of the week. After having some discussion about the book, we will observe and discuss a short video about a topic or concept from the book to further our knowledge. Next, we will use...
