We are going to teach students how to solve math questions on a PSAT National Merit Math Practice Test. The topics include decimal, percentage, ratios, graphs, fractions, geometry, measurement and data representation, Algebra I, Algebra II and Statistics.

This one-time class will contain 35 mins of lecture time and then 10 mins of students' activities.

My teaching style is start with explanation of the math concepts involved. Afterwards, I will show on the virtual white board how to actually solve some past exam problems. Finally, the students will be asked to solve some additional problems on their own, with my assistance.

The interaction will involve me asking them questions which they can reply verbally or write the answers on the white board.

They are required to already have a very solid understanding of 8th grade math before enrollment.
