This will be a private class for your child and his or her friends where we can design a custom course based on their chess-related goals and interests. Since the timing of my regular group classes can sometimes come into conflict with students' schedules and spots for 1:1 private sessions are limited, I decided to combine those two features and offer another option for those who were interested in these lessons. I have been teaching chess, both in classroom settings and private lessons for the last 12 years. Working with K-12 students with classes of up to 50 students, I have the experience and knowledge to teach students to not only learn chess, but to enjoy the process of learning as well. I am rated about 1900 USCF.
