Create a spacious area for your dancer to freely move, dance, jump, and glide without any obstacles. I encourage learners to wear comfy clothes that allow easy movement, with ballet attire being a nice option but not mandatory. For footwear, ballet shoes or bare feet are recommended—no socks to prevent slipping. Keep a water bottle handy for hydration, and learners can take a sip when needed. If possible help your learner understand how to mute and unmute themselves, as this may come in handy during the class. I may also mute learners as necessary. If your learner joins the class late, rest assured that I will admit them at the earliest suitable moment without disrupting the ongoing class.
