Pony Pals - Storytime, Drawing and Interact With a Live Pony!
In this class, your child will listen to and discuss a horse or pony related story. They will develop social skills in our class discussions and guided artwork. The class will also spend time interacting with a live pony, little "Ruby".
Class experience
Through listening to a group story, learners will be taught to expand their listening skills, encounter new vocabulary through the story and social skills in discussing the characters and themes. With the art activity, learners will develop fine motor skills by holding and controlling coloring tools. They will learn about color recognition and be encouraged in their creativity. Miss CC has many years experience working with and loving horses and ponies. She homeschools her 3 children on a small farm and enjoys sharing her passion for caring for ponies.
A one-page hand out for coloring will be send ahead of class time and crayons, colored pencils or other coloring tools should be made available for your learner.
