The main goal of this class is students to approach the style of Claude Monet. A little of the world art history and drawing and painting inspired by the French Impressionist. The students can add some own details with the composition, which allows them to be creative. The drawing I teach is simple and the students will emphasize on the painting process. We will create a unique center of the composition and surrounding elements. The way to shape objects with colors and limited lines will be an advantage. We may do a group critique at the end of the class. It is open for all levels of experience students who love painting. The class will be accompanied with a short video related to the artistic style. Week 1 - Drawing the objects, adding details and planning the colors. Week 2 - Painting and making final touch ups.
Learning Goals
Students will improve the color knowledge and learn new variations of painting spontaneously.
