Class Experience

Students will learn how to turn a simple wooden peg into an owl.
They will learn to use their imagination, patience, and basic acrylic painting skills.
There is no homework, however I will expect learners to finish the second peg in their own time. We will likely finish one of the 2 pegs together and the learner will have to do finishing touches to the second peg after class is over.
 1 file available upon enrollment
One or more unfinished wooden peg dolls (2in tall or larger) Acrylic paint: Brown, white, black and yellow. Optional: orange, tan 3 or more paint brushes: medium round, medium flat and a very tiny one for detail Toothpicks A sponge Water Blow dryer Pencil
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
I will give written feedback in the learner section of the classroom provided the learner sends me a photo of their peg.
I will give feedback based on their paint application, detail work, creativity and over-all outcome.
1 hour 20 minutes per week in class, and an estimated 0 - 1 hours per week outside of class.
