US Grade Pre-Kindergarten - 2
This 4-week course combines my 4 most popular writing classes into one writing experience! Each week, I will read a non-fiction book about animals, amphibians, bats or sharks. On Day 1, we will make a list of 5 things that we learn about animals. On Day 2, we will review our list and use it to write a short story about animals. On Day 3, we will read a story about amphibians and list 5 things that we learned about amphibians. On day 4 we use that list to write a short story about amphibians....
I am a licensed PreK-Grade 3 teacher with a M.S. in Elementary Education. During my 20 years as a teacher, I have had extensive training and experience coaching young writers. I am passionate about encouraging a love of writing in my students.
