Math can be FUN!! This 30-minute class covers the major 6th Grade math concepts. A great class for students to review sixth grade math, boost their confidence, and to help with feeling more prepared for the school year. 👍 This class is for anyone who just finished 6th grade math and needs some review or for students who will be entering 6th grade and would like a preview of what is coming up! 😎You can enroll and unenroll to fit your family and your schedule. Recordings of sessions will be available after each class in case you have missed one due to it being summer break!! Each class we will review one of the math skills from 6th grade. We will work on some practice problems, squeeze in a practice game and try to build a growth mindset. **Optional homework assignments will be provided in the classroom after class has finished for some classes. The games we will play are at the end of class and are optional but are fun! We generally use gimkit or kahoot. 👋I look forward to meeting you! I have my Bachelors degree in Elementary Education, specializing in Mild Intervention. I am a certified teacher, grades k-6. I am a former k-9 math teacher, k-6 elementary teacher, as well as a remediation teacher for k-6. Currently, I am a homeschooling mom who loves cooking and especially baking for my family and friends! I enjoy traveling, cooking, and teaching! I am so excited to teach with Outschool!
