Class Experience

In this ongoing class, learners will be presented with a variety of word problems each week. Each week we will practice finding and understanding the key words in the word problems. For example, when seeing the word "about", learners will know to round. When seeing "altogether", learners will know to add. By finding these key words, learners will be able to easily understand what operation they need to do to solve the problem. Word problems will focus on a variety of skills and concepts each...

Students will learn effective ways to solve word problems. Students will practice a variety of math skills and concepts using word problems.

No homework is assigned in this course.
