Math Tutoring Elementary

This weekly, private one on one math class is for students to learn and improve their math skills. Make them confident in adding, subtracting, and/or their times tables. 

Our first class we will get to know each other have comfortable and relaxed conversations. I use Ixl math in classes. which go over a verity of math problems which I will help and guide them through the lessons. 

This class is for extra help with math, to help your child with adding, subtracting or multiplication. I use Ixl Math however, if you have a set of math problems that your child needs extra help with (weekly math problems with adding, subtracting, or times tables, for public school, homeschool, etc.,) please let me know and I can base the weekly lesson on those math problems. Parent input and communication is very important to me so we can work together. 

Learners will need to bring a notebook and a pencil/or a white board to class with them or we can use Zoom whiteboard. They will write down their math problems for the week. Each week your leaner will get a new set of math problems to practice. We will practice the problems with some fun games. 

Subscription based classes are a weekly ongoing class you are charged every Sunday for the upcoming week, feel free to subscribe and unsubscribe at any time. If you need a certain day or time please message me and we will work out a time. 

We will write out math problems on the Zoom white board and if needed we can use blocks or other items around the house to help with math.

These private sessions are student driven I can go down a level or up a level in Elementary math. We will work on the math skills that your child needs to work on or any extra help needed on homework. I will teach students how to break down math problems and try to make it fun for them.
