Class Experience
Class 1: Students will introduce themselves to each other and discuss their favorite things related to Halloween. Next, as a class we will discuss what elements spooky stories share and how we can incorporate this into a story. We will be using Google Docs and no account is required because students will be provided a link each class to work anonymously. As an avid binge-watcher, I am very passionate about popular culture. While obtaining my degree, I studied English & Textual Studies and have practiced this after graduating through Outschool for the past 3 years. I primarily focus on pop culture and film analysis in my course listings, and also run clubs and creative writing courses all based around a superhero theme. Regarding my writing experience, I currently work as a comic features writer for Comic Book Resources with a growing portfolio.
