The goal of this course is to give students a place to play and meet new friends for Animal Crossing. We are going to help each other reach our goals and get new ideas to build our islands. We will help each other gain new DIYs, pay off loans, decorate, and fill our museums. The main goal of this class is to come and have fun with other Animal Crossing fans! This class is more than just playing a game with a group of people. We will learn how to be social, use our manners, and get along with others. Specifics on terraforming and creating islands will not be covered, but tips and tricks from all are welcome! To help build our islands and our catalogues, and get along with new friends, we will partake in a variety of activities every class. These activities fall into 2 categories, Island/Player Improvement and Games. Island/Player Improvement activities include: gift swaps, cataloging parties, auctions, flea markets, and trades. Game activities include: Hide-and-seek, tag, and scavenger hunts. Each class is a new experience and even once reaching a 5-star island there is still so much to do!
Learning Goals
Students will work towards creating a 5-star island on Animal Crossing: New Horizons and finishing their catalogues, as well as making new friends.
