Megalodons may not exist today, but they are still an exciting shark to learn about. They were huge in size. In this one time class, we will discuss some of the fascinating facts that scientists have discovered about Megalodons over the years. We will also view some pictures of what a Megalodon may have looked like when they were living millions of years ago. The learners will have many opportunities throughout class to share their opinions or knowledge, and ask questions. I will also share some fun, interesting, and hard to believe facts about the Megalodons anatomy and lifestyle.

Teacher expertise and credentials
I have been teaching for the last 27 years in a variety of settings. I have worked with children 3 to 12 years of age. I have created curriculum for 3-6 year old's, tutored, been a nanny, an assistant director, assistant teacher for early learners in the school district, and taught English (ESL) online. I have a BA in Early Childhood Education and a BA in Psychology. I love to find creative ways for children to learn and have fun! I believe children learn best through a variety of means including: repetition, writing, movement, creativity, socialization, fun, and a positive attitude. If I do not know the answer to a child's question, I will research it and let them know. Knowledge is a powerful tool that can create a spark for future learning and life adventures. I can not wait to have fun teaching and learning from your little ones! See you in the classroom!
