Let's Breathe: Mindfulness and Me Flex Course - Series 1 B2+ CEFR
In this flex class, we practise mindfulness through themes each week such as superheroes, nature, animals and music. Sessions are run by a trauma-informed care practitioner and include discussion, movement, yoga, music and journaling.
In this flex course, learners will practise mindfulness. Mindfulness means paying full attention to something. It means slowing down to really notice what you're doing. Being mindful is the opposite of rushing or multitasking. When you're mindful, you're taking your time. You're focusing in a relaxed, easy way. We are a team of qualified and experienced teachers with a wealth of experience across a range of ages and subjects. Most of our teachers are also TEFL/TESL qualified. You can find out more about each teacher in our profile. We are all passionate about teaching and learning and seeing our learners succeed. This course is taught by Teacher Sam.
