In this course, the student will learn: listen ,read, write and speak Spanish about the following topics:
Week 1 and 2- My family
Week 3 and 4- Colors
Week 5 and 6- Numbers (1-10)
Week 7 and 8- My body
The structure of our class will begin each day reviewing the words learned, we will be hearing and speaking with a partner (if apply). We will also have practice sheets and assignments, and close the session with a review. Also, we include different types of Hispanic games to involve the this culture. We will share videos to practice reading and phonics.
Students should do not have experience in Spanish, as the lessons are progressive.
This course is designed for the student to learn Spanish without using English. This means that during classes, the student will be hearing only Spanish.Learning Goals
At the end of the course, the student will be able to read, write and understand and/or use the words that they learned. In each class we will work on the areas of new vocabulary, writing, reading and independent practice.Other Details

We will use scissors and fork in some classes.

Welcome
I am a Puerto Rican teacher for more than 10 years. My as a teacher is to educate students to learn Spanish. Three years ago I have been educating non-Spanish speaking students to learn Spanish as their second language. So I want to continue educating students to learn Spanish through a different platform. I focus a lot on creative teaching, that is, we use many things: from music, gestures or signs, games and even crafts to learn and reinforce the new language.
I love dogs and I have three: two girls and one boy.
