Calling all Frozen and Elsa fans! In this one time class students will learn how to draw Elsa from Frozen! I will model step by step how to draw Elsa while students follow along to draw their own Elsa! I have an overhead camera so students will be able to see my paper as I draw my picture! We will complete the Elsa drawing in class and students are welcome to finish coloring their picture after class. Previous drawing experience (there are several steps to draw Elsa) is helpful but not necessary! :) Students will need paper and pencils for class. Feel free to bring any Elsa toys to class! My name is Nicole Abercrombie and I am so excited to meet your student! I am a former 2nd grade teacher and elementary school counselor with seven years of teaching experience! I have a Bachelor's Degree in Elementary Education from the College of Charleston and a Master's Degree in Education in School Counseling from Clemson University. I am certified to teach elementary education and school counseling in the state of South Carolina. After teaching second grade and being a school counselor, for many years, I decided to stay home with my baby girl and teach online! I have been teaching ESL online for a year and a half and love the virtual classroom!
My lessons are engaging, student focused and standards based. I have received training in both small group reading and math instruction. I am very passionate about teaching students the foundations of reading and math in a FUN way! My classes are full of student participation, games and educational content. Students will be having so much fun they won't even realize how much they are learning!
