My native language is English—I learned German from my German mother and took German in school all the way through to earning my B.A. in German. I even worked for a year as an intern in the German Bundestag, in an environment of total language immersion. I have a deep respect and appreciation for the German language, which I will pass on to your learner in my class! > GERMAN BUNDESTAG Ms. Christina served for one year as an intern in the German Bundestag. > ESL Ms. Christina served for one year as an English and German teacher in Taipei. > EARLY LITERACY Ms. Christina worked for seven years in the children's department of a large public library with a focus on early literacy and multilingual programming. > EDUCATION Ms. Christina has a Bachelor of Arts degree in INTERNATIONAL POLITICS and GERMAN. She has a Master of Arts degree in INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS with a language focus on MANDARIN CHINESE.
Homework Offered
There is a one-page worksheet provided for each meeting. Learners are asked to color in a word and picture, then draw a picture using the day's color. Then, they find an object of that color and present it to a grownup, pet, or stuffed animal.0 - 1 hours per week outside of class

A one-page handout is provided for each class. The learner will need colored pencils, crayons, or markers.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
