Beginner Level
In this beginner-friendly class, students will learn how knitting can help them build focus, regulate their emotions, and create calm in an anxious brain. Topics covered are: Mindful focus The power of repetitive rhythm Fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination Self-expression My style is casual and conversational, with plenty of patience for new knitters. The class consists of a lecture, discussion, and even show and tell for learners who want to bring their knitting projects to class.

Pre-Requisites
No knitting experience is required for this course, but students who already know how to knit may bring a project to work on during the class.
