This class will introduce students how to digitally design using Canva. Flyers, posters, stories, and more can be created with fun, customizable templates. Students will be given the tools to design their own templates as well as tips and trick for posting on social media platforms, and creating a "brand"! This class will open students to the art of design as well as marketing experience. We will learn and create together with a PowerPoint on "the basics", as well as a hands on experience to create a flyer as a class!

Students will be able to understand the basics of digital design in the areas of: layout, fonts, colors, photos, elements, transparency, and more.Other Details

Hi! My name is Miss Bree, and I love to dance, read, and write! I have been teaching dance for about 8 years. My favorite styles to teach are jazz, ballet, tap, and hip hop. I have a Master's in Childhood Education with a specialization in English Creative Writing. I believe creativity is a very important aspect of teaching and learning. In my classes, I allow students to move freely with a splash of guidance. Watching students move with their own individual sparkle allows the class to shine as a whole!Reviews
