Your student will not need any materials. This class will provide a curated list of professional markets, a manuscript formatting guide, a guide to finding an online critique group and possible other supplementary material. Supplementary material will be posted in the Outschool Classroom. Depending on the market, a student may need to register for a free online platform called Submittable. In this case, Mitchell will provide instructions and student will need to create that account with their responsible adult as homework.
