Welcome to Basic Pre-Teen Skin Care & Nutrition! Many of you may not have learned how to properly care for your skin just yet. It's okay, that's why I created this class so you can learn and understand the basic steps before you reach your teenage and adult years. This is a simple course that will prepare you with a three-step daily routine with colorful google slides so you won't feel overwhelmed. Students will improve their understanding of : Proper washing, Moisturizing, Sunscreen, How breakouts occur, A daily routine, Different skin types, Water intake, Urine colors and habits, Skin function and Nutritional goals.
I am a certified and accredited skin care consultant. I have worked in the film and television industry teaching A-list and child actors basic skin care and makeup on set with Tyler Perry Studios in Atlanta, Georgia.
1. Pencil & Paper (small easy quiz) 2. Face cloth and skin care products they have been using to wash face daily. If they don't have anything it's okay, they will have a routine by the time the leave class.
I will show a short You Tube video clip to help them better understand the lesson about the skin in my screen share.
