In this course, students will explore the different ways to look at problems and how to solve them. Students will also gain tips on how to resolve conflicts that may arise at school, with friends, and in their daily life. Learners will have an opportunity to look at different scenarios and give their personal feedback on how they would solve those problems. Learners will also be put into partners or groups to explore how people think and how it differs or compares as to how they think. Thus gaining the understanding that we are all unique in our own ways. Students will play games, have discussions, and watch interactive videos where they will collaborate and solve different problems that are provided.

Teacher expertise and credentials
My experience in education and the adolescent mental health field qualifies me to teach on this topic. The scenarios presented are all hypothetical and I currently teach this subject in person in my home state. I have been presenting, teaching, and holding workshops on conflict resolution for 13 years.
