Description
Class Experience
Handouts needed will be made available prior to each class. For many of the challenges students will have the ability to chose their construction materials. Session specific materials are as follows: Nov. 30, 2020: Construction paper and drawing materials. Dec. 2, 2020: Students may use what they chose. Items such as popsicle sticks and pipe-cleaners are helpful for this challenge. Dec. 4, 2020:Students may use what they chose for this challenge. Items such as construction paper, cardboard and tape are often useful. Dec. 7, 2020:Toothpicks and gumdrops are needed. Dec. 8, 2020: Students may use what they choose. Shoeboxes are often helpful. Dec. 9, 2020: A bell of some type is needed. Dec. 11, 2020: Popsicle sticks and playdough or clay are often popular. Dec. 14, 2020: Coffee filters and string of some type are helpful for this challenge. Dec. 18, 2020: 3 different types of cookies (chosen by student), milk Dec. 21, 2020:Construction paper is helpful for this challenge. Dec. 23, 2020: Styrofoam, cardboard, aluminum foil and plastic wrap are popular choices for this challenge.
