Description
Class Experience
In this one-time course, students will learn to convert fractions to decimals and percents. We will review the process both with and without a calculator and will practice conversions with and without models. Learners should have an understanding of using money and coins, long division, fractions, and decimal number sense to the thousandths place before taking this course. Learners will need a pencil and printed copies of the provided worksheets. A four-function calculator is recommended, but...

I have a passion for math! I am a licensed teacher and math specialist for grades PreK-8 with 20 years of experience, currently teaching middle school math.
An optional game to print and play with a partner will be assigned for homework.
