Week 1Lesson 1Ratios and Equivalent RatiosStudents will explore ratios and equivalent ratios by exploring patterns using counters. And exploring different word situations.Lesson 2RatesStudents will explore how ratios are related to rates and unit rates through word problems.Lesson 3Rates and GraphsStudents will explore rates and graphs of rates.Lesson 4ProportionsStudents will compare to ratios in order to understand proportions.
- Students will be able to write ratios as rates and unit rates.
- Students will be able to graph rates and use those graphs to describe proportional relationships.
