Foundation of Phonics
Building blocks to reading words is the phonics. Join me as we work through simple and complex sounds to strengthen reading fluency. I incorporate fun educational videos, online group activities and interactive games to keep kids engaged.
Class experience
US Grade Kindergarten - 3
Beginner Level
All lessons will start with greetings, fun Icebreakers and educational target videos throughout. Lessons will also incorporate at least 2 games. Target sounds for the weeks, the weeks will rotate on repeat after the 12th Week. If students enroll in later sessions we will review sounds in previous lessons, those sounds just won't be the highlighted sounds. This course will repeat. Students will improve phonic awareness, find joy in reading and building words through the sounds. Long term goal is to read with fluency and sound out large difficult words.
