Homework
1 hour per week. Homework will be assigned weekly and will take approximately 30-45 minutes to complete. Students will be given practical exercises to complete individually or in groups as part of a project. The reading materials for the class will be provided.
Assessment
Learner progress will be assessed through informal assessments, such as class participation and engagement in the discussions, and completion of homework assignments.

Beginner - Intermediate Level
Part 1 of 4
This is the first 4 week section of a 4 part course.

In this class, the student will learn the art of successful communication through mastering conversation and body language. Each class will be led by Jonathan, a world-travelled performer, martial arts expert, successful entrepreneur, and experienced teacher. This course is designed for students of all levels, and no prior experience is required.

The class will be divided into the following weeks and topics:

Week 1: Introduction to Effective Communication
Week 2: Listening Skills and Empathy
Week 3: Nonverbal Communication and Body Language
Week 4: Understanding Social Cues and Subtext

Each class will include engaging video lessons, homework assignments, and a project to put the skills learned into practice. Students will receive feedback and guidance from Jonathan, and will have the flexibility to complete the coursework at a time that is convenient for them.

After watching each video and completing the homework assignments, students will be provided with feedback and the specific next steps on how to improve or adapt. 
Time frame for the Week:
Mondays - The teacher will post the information needed for the week. Students can submit questions.
Tuesdays - Wednesday - The teacher can answer any questions pertaining to the topic of the week.  The students will need to complete any homework assignments and answer any questions in the discussion.
Thursday - Students need to have all tasks completed and uploaded in the classroom for teacher feedback and discussion. Students will discuss it among themselves.
Friday - The teacher will provide feedback to the class and individual students.
Saturday - Sunday - The teacher will be available to answer any questions that the students may have for the week or the next week.

Please note:
This course requires no prior experience.

By the end of the class, students will have a comprehensive understanding of the nuances of effective communication and body language, and will have developed the skills to confidently and successfully navigate social, personal, and professional situations.

The flexible schedule (Recorded Flex Class) allows your learners to watch the pre-recorded videos and complete the coursework at a time that is fun and convenient for them.
