In this 4 week course, we will explore more ASL vocabulary, deaf culture, and receptive practice.
Class experience
We will learn more American Sign Language in this 4 week course. Each week, we will learn a different set of signs and master them. On Mondays, an instructional video will be posted. I will demonstrate the new signs we will learn that week. I will go over them slowly and explain how to them, as I am doing them. Students will need to watch the video and practice the signs at home. I took many American Sign Language classes. I had a few friends growing up who happened to be deaf. I learned sign language so that I could easily communicate with them and help them communicate with others who did not know ASL.
