While focusing on Marvel movies like The Avengers, Captain America, Iron Man, etc., students will look through clips and learn how to analyze films. They will learn the film elements and how to use these elements to focus on certain characters. With a BA in English, part of my degree involved learning how to view films through a critical lens. As a fan of Marvel, I have applied this knowledge and wish to share it with others. I strongly believe that students learn better with subjects that interest them. With writing, for example, a student will pay more attention to a film he/she enjoys as opposed to a text that seems rather tedious.
