** Teaching Style: My teaching style is engaging, interactive, and hands-on. I will guide students through each step, encouraging them to ask questions and share ideas. Students will participate in fun writing activities and peer discussions, giving them plenty of opportunities to practice and refine their skills.

** Pacing: The class will move at a steady pace, but I will always adjust if students need extra time to grasp concepts. There’s no rush—our goal is to ensure every student feels confident in their writing abilities.

** Prerequisites: This class is for students with basic reading and writing skills—no prior essay writing experience required. Students should be comfortable forming sentences and writing short paragraphs.

** Late Enrollment: If a student joins late, I will provide catch-up materials and one-on-one support to help them get up to speed with the class. I’ll make sure no one feels left behind!

By the end of the course, students will be well on their way to becoming confident, organized writers who can express their thoughts clearly on paper!

I have several years of experience teaching children, including as a 3rd-grade teacher, where I focused on developing students' reading and writing skills. I have a strong passion for helping children discover the joy of writing and reading. Throughout my teaching career, I have developed and implemented lesson plans that foster creativity, structure, and confidence in young writers. I also have a deep understanding of how children at this age process information and how to make learning both engaging and accessible.

In addition to my classroom experience, I have taught reading and writing online to students ranging from early elementary to pre-teen ages, guiding them through the process of improving their writing skills with fun, interactive lessons. My experience with young learners, combined with my dedication to helping students love the writing process, makes me excited to guide students through this essay-writing journey.
