Class experience
Beginner - Intermediate Level
⚔️ Join fellow new and intermediate D&D players in this fun, heist themed campaign setting! ⚔️ In this class we'll be playing the Keys to the Golden Vault campaign, starting with "The Murkmire Malevolence"-- a fun museum heist setting that starts with Level 1 characters. Players do not need to acquire the campaign book and, in fact, are encouraged not to so they're able to experience the campaign "spoiler free". ⚔️ 𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀/𝗖𝗮𝗺𝗽𝗮𝗶𝗴𝗻 𝘀𝗶𝘇𝗲: We like to get around five players in a campaign, but will...

This class is designed with the utmost care to foster a safe, inclusive, and enriching environment for all participants. Dungeons & Dragons is more than just a game; it's a collaborative storytelling experience that encourages creative thinking, problem-solving, and social interaction. Our experienced Dungeon Masters are committed to creating a respectful and engaging setting where all players can thrive. We emphasize the importance of teamwork, respect, and empathy, both in and out of game play. The class is structured to ensure that each session is not only fun but also contributes to the development of critical life skills such as communication, leadership, and cooperative problem-solving. We understand the importance of maintaining a safe and positive environment for your children and have implemented a strict code of conduct to ensure that all interactions remain respectful and constructive. We encourage parents/caregivers to discuss these values with their children and are happy to provide any additional information or address concerns you may have about the course content or structure. Join us in supporting your child's journey into the realms of fantasy and creativity, where they will learn valuable skills and make lasting friendships. We look forward to welcoming your young adventurer into our community and exploring the magical world of Dungeons & Dragons together. Below are my general classroom rules and policies. These will also be explained to students when we begin class! ⚔️For everyone's safety, and to ensure an engaging and social experience, 𝘀𝘁𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘀 𝗮𝗿𝗲 𝗿𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗿𝗲𝗱 𝘁𝗼 𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗲 𝘄𝗼𝗿𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝗶𝗰𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗵𝗼𝗻𝗲𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘃𝗶𝗱𝗲𝗼 𝗳𝗼𝗿 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗶𝗿𝗲𝘁𝘆 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝘀 𝗰𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀, 𝗽𝗼𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗲𝗱 𝘀𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝘁𝗵𝗮𝘁 𝘄𝗲 𝗰𝗮𝗻 𝗯𝗼𝘁𝗵 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗿 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘀𝗲𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗺. Please be sure to prepare your student for this requirement before class begins! ⚔️Students are asked not to use filters or virtual backgrounds-- the blur background is perfectly fine, but the others tend to flicker and flash quite a lot! ⚔️Students will be asked to introduce themselves by sharing their name, pronoun, and a favorite book.
This class will utilize DnD Beyond for character creation and gameplay. This is free for players! Once you enroll, we'll send you a link to create your character and join the campaign. Again, we are happy to hand-hold here if you need a bit of extra help or guidance!
