In this one time course, students will draw their family as Squishmallows while learning about proportion, basic drawing, and coloring skills.
Class experience
In this one-time course students will create a beautiful family portrait. We will talk about specific drawing and coloring tips such as looking for the middle lines and basic shapes to guide us as we draw. To begin class, we usually chat for the first 5 minutes as we let other learners log in and check to make sure their technology is working. Students are encouraged to bring their favorite Squishmallow, toy, art that they have made, or anything that they might like to show and share at the...
Students will learn: - Basic drawing skills such as: proportion and keeping pencil lines light and sketchy until you're happy with it. - Colored pencil tips to show value and shading.
Homework Offered
Students can expect a completed drawing but everyone works at their own pace while coloring, adding shading and a background. If a student has not fully completed all of the coloring they can complete this at home.Assessments Offered
