Draw With Me! Name Project: Favorite Food Letters
In this one-time class, your student will learn how to turn ordinary letters into food letters and create their own favorite food name project!

Beginner Level
Students will work together with Ms. Gaby to learn how to use colored pencils to transform the letters of our name into art of our favorite foods! Materials needed: *Pencil *Eraser *Colored Pencils (as many color choices as you have) *Paper (card stock if available, printer paper is fine) *Printed ABC Letter Template sent to parent’s email We’ll learn tracing tricks, color theory, blending skills and talk about our favorite foods as we complete our project step-by-step together.
Learning Goals
Students will complete an art piece of their name with letters decorated as their favorite foods.
Students will learn new tracing tricks and apply them to their art piece.

Ms. Gaby has ADHD herself and has been working in special education helping tons of neurodiverse kiddos around the country. She welcomes all types of learners and will accommodate in any ways needed to ensure a fun time for everyone!
Pre-Requisites
Please download and print the ABC letter template BEFORE class begins. This will be needed to create our project! Please have ready so we can jump into the fun! The file will be sent to your email upon sign-up.

I’m so excited to share my love of art and creativity with your child! As a creative art tutor, I specialize in nurturing self-expression and imagination through engaging, hands-on activities. My classes are designed to inspire curiosity, build confidence, and develop artistic skills in a fun and supportive environment.
I have over 7 years of experience working with children in the classroom and a strong background in the arts. I completed my Associate’s Degree in Art Education at Broward College and have been an awarded and featured artist in numerous South Florida art galleries. I’m also a published writer, children’s book author, and have previously managed an advanced art studio for kids, where I designed sensory-rich and inclusive art lessons for learners of all ages and abilities. From splashing paint on the walls, to mosaics, to pottery, to fashion, we created it all!
My teaching philosophy is rooted in the belief that creativity is essential for every child’s growth. I aim to inspire children to explore their unique talents while fostering a love for the arts and a deeper connection to the world around them.
