Class Experience

In this interactive class students will draw (or color in provided sheets) tadpoles and frogs while they learn all about them. There will be time for questions and answers as we learn facts about habitat, the life cycle, where we find them, and more. No prior knowledge is needed, just be willing to have fun, ask questions, and be creative while learning. We'll see some pictures and listen to frog sounds too.

Learning Goals

Students will learn about the life cycle of the frog and the frog's habitat. We'll take a look at maps of where frogs are found around the world, learn why frogs are such an important part of our ecosystem, and learn how to draw them. We will draw the different life stages from egg to frog and learn about the metamorphosis.
