Class Experience

***Homeschooling and neurodivergent friendly***

This is a fun and relaxing ongoing art class for young artists to practice drawing and painting colorful, squishmallow and plushie art projects.

This is a safe space for learners to have fun, unwind, and explore their imagination through drawing and painting.

I aim to foster self-expression and creative thinking in an enjoyable and supportive environment.

Throughout this class, your child will engage in the exciting process of crafting their own unique squishmallow and plushie using mixed media.

We'll delve into various themes such as Kawaii, Sanrio, princesses, superheroes, and other fun characters.

We will explore lines, simple shapes, vibrant colors, patterns, designs, and resist techniques, all of which contribute to developing your child's artistic abilities.

By using additional materials, they'll have the opportunity to infuse their artworks with their personal touch, encouraging individuality and imaginative expression.

At the beginning of each session, I'll provide a warm and welcoming environment for introductions and connection.

From there, we'll follow my step-by-step instructions as I guide your learner through the creation of charming squishmallow illustrations.

As we move into the coloring phase, your child can chat and socialize enjoying the company of fellow young artists.

I use two cameras so that learners can follow along.

I'm committed to creating a nurturing atmosphere where learners can freely express themselves, share ideas, and cultivate their creativity.

Whether your child is new to art or already has a budding passion, this class is tailored to cater to every skill level.

My classes are designed with a caring touch to facilitate an inclusive learning environment.
