In this Ongoing drawing and sketching class we will learn all the basics of drawing and sketching. You don't need any kind of previous art experience for this class. In every class we will draw a still life or any other subject and learn all the sketching and drawing techniques used in the artwork. We will cover different aspects of drawing and sketching like shape, edges, space, light and shadow, shading ( cross hatching, blending etc). By the end of the class students will have a good idea of techniques used in the class and grow as an artist. Students are encouraged to provide feedback and ask questions. Additionally, I had the privilege of working on the renowned Pakistani Truck Project, featured at the Nelson Atkins Museum of Contemporary Art in Kansas City.My artwork has been exhibited across Kansas, Missouri, and California, reflecting my commitment to creating and sharing art.
Over the years, I’ve taught students ranging from children to seniors, including after-school programs with Young Rembrandts and classes for the older generation through Seniors Creating Art. Whether it's guiding young learners or fostering creativity in adults, I bring a fun, engaging, and enriching experience to every class. Let's create something amazing together!
