Teacher expertise and credentials
Bachelor's Degree from University of Oklahoma Health Sciences Center
As a pediatric occupational therapist with 20 years of experience, I have found that learning to draw a person is a key skill to immediate success in an early education environment. Some children need a little extra support to gain this skill and I am excited to help. I created a song and my own handout to teach this skill in a fun and engaging way. Please note that this is not a therapy session, as I have not evaluated your child and do not know specific areas they may be struggling with. I will be teaching students a general skill through fun activities that target prewriting.
