Class Experience
Do-nut Be Sad Donuts -- Inside Out INGREDIENTS: 1 cup flour ½ c. granulated sugar ¼ c. unsweetened cocoa powder ¼ c. mini chocolate chips ½ tsp baking soda 1 large egg ¼ c. milk ¼ c. vegetable oil 6 tbsp sour cream ½ tsp vanilla extract 1 ½ c. powdered sugar 3 tbsps of unsalted butter, melted 1 tsp vanilla extract Pinch of salt 2-3 tbsps milk Food coloring Sprinkles Nonstick cooking spray EQUIPMENT: Measuring cups and spoons 2 large mixing bowls 1 small mixing bowl Electric mixer Donut pan Wooden spoon Small spoons
1 hour per week in class, and no time outside of class.
We will be utilizing the stove and oven in every class, so parental guidance is strongly suggested. Also, if there are any allergies, please let me know ahead of time and I can modify the recipes! I want the class to be inclusive to all learners.
