The main goal of this class is students to understand the drawing and composition as well as the water based painting technique. A little of the art impression including drawing and painting inspired by the Impressionists. The environment of the wild birds in their natural world will be the main theme of each individual lesson. Students will apply the natural characteristics of winter, summer, fall and spring. The students can add some own details with the composition, which allows them to be creative. The drawing I teach is simple and the students will emphasize on the painting process. We will create a unique center of the composition and surrounding elements. We can do a group discussion at the end of the class. It is open for all levels of experience students who love painting. Week of 11/01-11/07 - Spring Time, 11/04 Week of 11/08-11/14 - Summer Time, 11/11 Week of 11/15-11/21 - Fall Time, 11/18 Week of 11/22-11/28 - Winter Time 11/25
Learning Goals
Students will learn how to paint four season with creative elements of birds. Mostly the impressionistic style will be an advantage.

Supply List
Pencils HB, eraser, ruler, Sharpie marker, set of six colors for painting - black, white, blue, red, green, yellow, plus desired colors. Brushes - round #1, #5, flat #5, #7, #11, palette, water cup, paper pad 11x14" or similar, paper towel.
