Description
Class Experience
Students will write a 5-7 sentence descriptive paragraph describing a topic on an animal or food item by using sentence frames.
Students may use the sentence frames and word web structure to practice writing their own descriptive paragraphs in between lessons.
Students will need either pencil and paper or a whiteboard and marker to participate in class. Other items that may be needed: plain white paper, crayons, markers, or colored pencils.
Learners will not need to use any apps or websites beyond the standard Outschool tools.
40 minutes per week in class, and maybe some time outside of class.
