Class experience
This digital art class is suitable for beginners! Students will need to have the Procreate ($9.99 for iPad) or Procreate Pocket ($4.99 for iPhone) app downloaded and ready to use prior to our first class. We will learn how to use different features of the app as soon as we dive into our first project. Learners will be able to follow along step by step as I guide them through the creation process. Students will learn how to create a galaxy in Procreate. Students will learn how to create a textured background. Students will learn how to use clipping masks. Students will learn how to add text to projects. Students will learn how to create a neon sign effect.

Learners will need Procreate version 5 installed and ready to use on their iPads. If you don’t have an iPad but do have an iPhone, you can use the Procreate Pocket app instead. An Apple Pencil is not necessary but highly recommended.
