In this one time class, students will learn about how to take care of a cat and share their love for them.
Class experience
Students will learn about their feline friends in the proper care for handling, playing, grooming, and living with a cat. This course is great for those interested in cats, are looking to adopt, or are new to cat care-taking. Those who already have cats are welcome to join and share their own cat as well. Students will see demonstrations for each of the four areas through PowerPoint slides and interacting with my cats, while also being able to ask questions and discuss their love of cats....
Students will learn how to tell when a cat is scared, relaxed, happy, and angry. Students will be able to identify when a cat does not want to be touched as well as the proper way to pet a cat. Students will be able to learn the signs of when a cat wants to play. Students will learn the difference between how dogs like to play verses how cats like to play. Students will learn about the different type of cat toys. Students will learn about the grooming tools and ways to groom a cat. Students will learn how to prepare their houses for a new cat/kitten addition.
