In this one-time class, students will learn to share their feelings through I messages, and learn how to give a meaningful apology when needed.
Class experience
Students will learn to resolve conflicts and express how they are feeling in a firm, but respectful (assertive) manner. We will learn what an I-Message is, and how to give an I-Message. We will come up with real-life situations that would require an I-Message and practice giving one. We will discuss wording and tone of voice.
