*Learners will be able to identify and articulate short-term and long-term goals related to their college search. *Learners will be able to select at least 5 colleges that could be potential fits for their future education. *Learners will understand how admission applications are reviewed and how admission decisions are made by admission offices. *Learners will understand how to attend virtual campus visits and information sessions. *Learners will be able to draft a personalized Action Plan for their college search.
I served as a college admission officer for more than 10 years. During that time I have reviewed thousands of college applications. I have also worked as a high school College Counselor for six years assisting young students on their college search. I have completed more than 100 college campus visits. In addition, I have been a college faculty member teaching online-based courses with college freshmen and high school students enrolled for college credit.
