Welcome to Club Lead: Introduction to Leading and Making a Difference! In this class, we will explore the qualities and traits of effective leaders and learn how we can use these skills to make a positive impact in our communities and the world. We will be exploring different leadership styles, learning which kind of leader we are and learning how to adapt our approach to different situations. Students will identify which leadership style describes them. Students will discuss leadership skills and how different skills can be applied to different situations.
Stella trained as a leadership coach for children in 2016. Since then she has been running popular in person leadership courses both within schools and extra curricular settings in the London area. Stella has developed her own course materials for this online series of courses based around her expertise in supporting young leaders.
